Ali Dashboard
Privacy policy
What this application is
Ali Dashboard is a private business dashboard operated by its account owner on the owner's own server. It shows revenue, cost and advertising figures for the owner's online stores. Access is restricted to people the owner has explicitly allowed. It is not offered to the public.
Google account connection
When you connect Google Ads, the application receives your Google account email address to identify that connection. Dashboard sign-in uses its separate username and password. There is no Gmail allowlist. No other profile data is requested or stored.
Google Ads data
If you connect Google Ads, the application reads reporting data from the Google Ads accounts you have access to: daily cost, clicks, conversions and product-level performance. It never creates, changes or deletes campaigns. The permission token Google issues is stored encrypted on this server and is used solely to refresh this reporting data. You can revoke the permission at any time in your Google account under "Third-party apps & services" or with the Disconnect button in the Connections tab.
Store data
Order, product and inventory data of the connected online stores is read with the store owner's own API credentials and stored on this server to calculate the figures shown in the dashboard.
Storage, sharing and retention
All data stays on the server that hosts this dashboard. It is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Google user data is used only for the purposes described above and is deleted when the connection is removed or the dashboard is shut down.
Contact
Questions about this policy go to the operator of this dashboard. The contact email address is shown on the Google sign-in screen for Ali Dashboard.
